Manchester-based software company acquired by Totalmobile

Employee management software company, Working Time Solutions (WTS) has been acquired by Totalmobile, a field services and mobile workforce management technology company in Belfast.

Totalmobile, which currently has 340 employees across 7 locations in the UK and Ireland, will acquire the 60 organizations to which WTS provides workforce management and workforce management services as well as its 30,000 software users.

Jim Darragh, Managing Director of Totalmobile, said, “Effective management of operational resources is more important than ever to our customers as they battle staff shortages, illnesses and absences.

“By enhancing Totalmobile’s roster management software and shift template capabilities, we can help organizations keep their services running smoothly, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the customer experience.

“In addition, the acquisition of WTS also strengthens our footprint in the North of England and provides a further opportunity to increase our visibility across the wider UK and Ireland as we seek to continue our growth path.”

Although terms of the agreement are not disclosed, WTS has been advised by MHA Moore and Smalley on the sale which will see WTS customers including National Highways, Northern Gas Networks and Birmingham Airport be among more than 1 000 organizations and 300,000 frontline workers that Totalmobile supports. . The majority of Totalmobile’s customers are in the utilities, real estate, facilities management, transportation and infrastructure sectors.

WTS will complement its field management software suite which includes mobile working, dynamic scheduling, task management, lone working and data analysis.
