The acquisition will bring together the advertising technology platform with the martech platform and the product marketplace of Vendasta.

Vendasta acquires MatchCraft, the software company, from Advance Local. MatchCraft specializes in social media search, display and advertising solutions. These are aimed at digital marketing agencies and resellers that serve large-scale SMBs.

the acquisition combines MatchCraft’s technology, including its flagship AdVantage platform, with Vendasta’s end-to-end platform.
