UPDATE – Billing and Utility Development Services Software System Maintenance

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The City of Corpus Christi will perform maintenance on the city’s utility billing and development software from From Thursday October 28 at 5 p.m. to Sunday October 31, 2021. The systems will be back online on Monday, November 1, 2021.

Billing of utilities: Online and telephone utility bill payments will not be available during the maintenance period. For the convenience of customers, all customers will have an additional week (Friday October 29 to Monday November 8) to make online payments with no late fees. Automatic payments will be written as expected. Payments will also be accepted in person at Town Hall, 1201 rue Léopard, on Friday, October 29, 2021, and at HEB stores in their business center. A copy of your utility bill is required to pay in person.

Development services: Online and in-person requests and payments will not be available during the maintenance period. Inspections requested for Friday, October 29, 2021, before 4:00 p.m. Thursday, October 28, 2021, will be performed as requested on Friday.

Community outreach on water utility billing payment and development service processing includes use of social media, city website and payment portals.
