Salsarita’s selects ParTech’s back-office software application
Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, a fast and casual Mexican concept, chose ParTech’s Data Central as their back-office software application.
Data Central software is a restaurant management system, which will help Salsarita control food and labor costs as well as improve operations through standardization.
Salsarita said that since implementing the software, visibility has improved across the organization, thanks to better reports and dashboards that enable more informed decisions.
In addition, the deployment of Data Central software has eliminated the manual entry of some data, allowing reports to be extracted quickly.
Tim Carter, CFO of Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, said, “What used to take days to extract data for reporting now takes less than an hour with Data Central.
“Our administrative staff also realized significant time savings due to more efficient data flows through the system.

In 2017, Salsarita first collaborated with ParTech to implement its Brink POS software and EverServ hardware platforms.
The implementation of Data Central at Salsarita should further strengthen the partnership between the two companies.

Established in 2000, Salsarita’s offers customizable burritos, nachos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, tacos and salads.
Earlier this month, Jack in the Box selected ParTech’s customer loyalty and engagement platform, Punchh, to augment its customers’ digital experiences.
The US fast-food chain will use the platform to launch a new online digital loyalty program across its 2,219 restaurants.
