NIJMEGEN, Netherlands, January 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Planon, market leader in intelligent building management software, today announced the completion of its acquisition of COOR GmbH, an international group specializing in the development and implementation of software solutions for property owners and developers. COOR was founded in 1995 and is based in Salzburg, Austria. With this acquisition, Planon completes its offer of cost control and financial optimization on European markets.
COOR’s intelligent project control software for the real estate (RE) industry is designed to plan, control and forecast the evolution of costs and revenues for all involved stakeholders at all phases – at the contract level , as well as at the project and portfolio level. COOR offers mobility, inter-company collaboration, networking with enterprise solutions such as ERP, EDM or BI, and centralized information management.
