Fiserv acquires catering software company

Brookfield-based financial services technology provider for payments Fiserv inc. today announced the acquisition of New York-based BentoBox, a digital commerce and marketing platform provider for restaurants. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. BentoBox was founded in 2013 and in 2019 was ranked 305 on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing US companies.
