Finnish software company Supermetrics to create 100 jobs in Dublin

Finnish software company Supermetrics has unveiled plans to open an office in Dublin, which will create up to 100 new jobs over the next two years.

upermetrics provides marketing data integration tools to help marketing analysts and business intelligence teams integrate data into their data warehouses, tools and business intelligence applications, such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Founded in 2013, Supermetrics currently has 260 employees across its four offices in Helsinki, Vilnius, Atlanta and Singapore. He made his first hire in Ireland over a year ago, with the organisation’s marketing director, Dublin-based Gabrielle Stafford.

The company’s workforce is expected to grow to 400 by the end of the year, with Supermetrics making a profit of 6.1 million euros last year. It currently provides its solutions to more than 17,000 companies, including HubSpot, Nestlé and Volvo.

Speaking on the investment, Supermetrics Managing Director and Founder Mikael Thuneberg said: “Ireland has established itself as one of the world’s leading tech hubs.”

“In addition to some of the biggest names in technology, many of whom are Supermetrics customers, it is renowned for its highly skilled workforce and strong ties to the United States, all of which have been key factors in our decision to expand our operations to Dublin.”
