Dutch digital network Dept acquires US data software company Raybeam
European digital network Dept has added another company to its list of agencies, with the acquisition of US data science company Raybeam.
The Palazzo consulting firm advised Raybeam on the transaction.
Why did Dept invest in Raybeam?

Raybeam specializes in building proprietary software and platforms for search engine optimization (SEO) and data warehousing, and offers both out-of-the-box products and tailor-made solutions.

Being able to monitor data associated with SEO and other marketing channels is essential for most modern businesses. Increasing its capabilities in this area will help Dept provide more in-depth service to customers.
