Auditing and accounting software company Caseware rebrands
Caseware, which provides cloud-based auditing and accounting software, announced a rebrand ahead of the rollout of a slew of new automation, analytics and problem-solving tools.
The first tool released under this rebranding is a cloud-based business intelligence tool that was officially launched today. Called Sherlock, it consolidates data from multiple engagements to then analyze and provide insights on ways to be more efficient and grow faster. Additional new products and updates are planned over the next three to five years.
This announcement follows Caseware’s global growth over the past few years, including 250 new employees and the acquisition of three distributors in the United States, Denmark and the Netherlands.
“These are exciting times for the accounting and auditing industry as digital transformation takes us to places we never imagined,” Caseware CEO David Osborne said in a statement. “We look forward to equipping more accountants and auditors around the world with solutions that meet their high expectations for speed, accuracy, responsiveness and, just as importantly, their desire to facilitate collaboration and insight-based problem solving. Supported by our carefully designed tools and platforms, they can focus on what matters most: building stronger relationships with their colleagues and customers – and we’ll be there as a trusted and innovative partner. »
