PDQ Acquires SimpleMDM: Keeping All Devices Healthy
In a prepared statement on the deal, Dan Cook, CEO of PDQ.com, said:

The powerful combination of PDQ and SimpleMDM will strengthen our strategy to help system administrators efficiently keep all types of devices healthy and up to date. Apple device management: MSP software platforms
PDQ has not indicated if or when the company will promote the SimpleMDM software to MSPs and channel partners.
Meanwhile, most of the MSP software platform providers – names like ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, N-able, and NinjaRMM – offer Apple device management functionality. Yet, many IT and startup software companies are also focusing on MDM (mobile device management) related to Apple.
Major industry milestones include:
In MSP circles, Addigy is one of the most well-known companies on the Apple Device Management platform. Indeed, Addigy is positioned as the only multi-tenant remote monitoring and management (RMM) and MDM tool available for Apple devices. Recent moves include a global partnership with Pax8, a cloud-centric distributor that offers a SaaS marketplace for MSPs.
